Cancellations and rescheduling of events, public and/or private - Cancellation and rescheduling of events or reservations is at the sole discretion of RobyArtsy Studio and subject to availability. There are no refunds, exchanges or rescheduling of events or reservations unless approved by RobyArtsy Studio, LLC.

How we use your contact information - Please note that once you have subscribed to our services, or made a purchase on our website, your email will be added to our newsletter service. This service is used to announce to the public any upcoming events, new services or updates to our subscription services and products and is limited to 3 emails per month. We may also use your email or phone number to contact you in regard to your orders or subscriptions. We do not share, sell or exchange your information. You may opt out of this service by unsubscribing. The unsubscribe button is located at the bottom of our newsletter emails.

Fine Art Class cancellation and payment policy – If your child misses a class, you must notify us the same day that your child will not be attending the class and request a make up date. Missed classes must be made up within the same month as the class was missed and will not roll-over to the next month. Class prices do not include tax and and all student tuition must be paid no later than the 5th of each month. Students starting classes (new enrollment) will begin at a prorated amount for the first month they are enrolled if they begin after the first week of the month and then the full price will be in effect the following month of enrollment. Late payments will be subject to a $10 late fee and any bounced check payments will be subject to a $45 charge.

Art Camp policies - Children attending art camp may NOT make up missed dates due to the fault of the parent unless approved by RobyArtsy Studio. Please understand we do not offer refunds for any paid registrations if you cancel. If RobyArtsy Studio cancels a camp day/week for any reason, we will issue a full refund.
